Venue Location:
The "North 40" venue is directly next to Billy Bob's Texas in a huge 40+ acre spread that used to be part of the historic Stockyards.  The location is a fabulous setting for Ragweed's Red Dirt Roundup with ample room to drop a blanket and watch some of the best live music in the world!  Also, with fabulous views of downtown Fort Worth, this setting will truly make it a day to remember!

Handicap Access - The entire North Forty Venue is Handicap/Wheelchair Accessible, and there is an area surrounding each of the sound boards that is only for handicapped/wheelchair access and guest.  This area is safe, secure, and shaded.


Coming from out of Town?

From Grapevine / Dallas Fort Worth Int'l Airport (DFW) - Take the north exit to TX - 121 S., and proceed southbound to Hwy. 183 west to Loop 820 west to I - 35W south. From I 35W south, exit (54A) NE 28th, turn right. Travel approximately 5 traffic lights to N. Main Street and turn left. Take a left at the next traffic light, Stockyards Blvd.

From North Dallas / Plano - Take 635 west to I 35E south to Loop 12 south to Hwy. 183 west to Loop 820 west to I 35W south and exit (54A) NE 28th Street, turn right. Travel approximately 5 traffic lights to N. Main Street and turn left. Take a left at the next traffic light, Stockyards Blvd.

From Downtown Dallas - Take I - 30 west to I - 35 W north, exit (54B) NE 28th Street (WEST). Traveling west on 28th Street go down approximately 5 traffic lights to N. Main Street and turn left. Take a left at the next traffic light, Stockyards Blvd.

From Downtown Fort Worth - Take Commerce Street north through downtown which will turn into N. Main Street at the light of the intersection of Commerce Street and Belknap.  Proceed on N. Main Street approximately 3 miles north to the intersection of N. Main Street and Stockyards Blvd.  Take a right on Stockyards Blvd.

From West Fort Worth / Weatherford - Take the Lancaster / Downtown exit from I - 30 east and turn left on Main Street (Hwy. 287). Head east one block to Commerce Street. Take Commerce Street north through downtown, which will turn into N. Main Street at the light of the intersection of Commerce Street and Belknap. Proceed on N. Main Street approximately 3 miles north to the intersection of N. Main Street and Stockyards Blvd.  Take a right on Stockyards Blvd.

Motorcoach / RV's:

Tour operators are always welcome to the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District. The entire district is motor coach friendly and eager to make your travelers visit a positive and "Texas Friendly" one! 

RV/Camping area is $35 / Day, just off Stockyards Blvd.at the curve. Interested? Call 817-626-6736 for a reservation.
No electricity or water. Self contained only.
